Richie Brophy, owner, manager of BT School of Motoring, operating from a base in Celbridge
Co. Kildare and serving the areas of Lucan, Celbridge, Clane, Leixlip, Maynooth and Dublin West. Richie is a qualified driving instructor with the Road Safety Authority No. 41290 and has obtained and holds a Fetac Level 6 certificate in Driving Tuition. In addition to, and for the protection of all our clients, Richie Brophy is also qualified in licence categories A-Motorcycle, B-Cars and Vans, BE-Jeep and Trailer, C-Rigid Trucks and CE-Articulated Trucks and Fork-Lift Trucks. Richie first entered the haulage business in 1995 and in the later years became a driver trainer, a driver assessor and defensive driving instructor and furthering his career, as a qualified RTITB fork truck instructor and went on to become a qualified driver and manual handling risk assessor carrying out risk assessments, delivery point risk assessments and accident and incident investigations. Richie's love for "all things driving" has inspired him to become a driving instructor and he likes nothing more than to see his clients learn and proceed through the EDT learning process, to build upon their experiences and to pass their driving test, where BT School of Motoring currently hold a better than 90% driving test pass rate.
